Oleksandra Savytska, born on July 14, 1999, passport number FB801312, is a Ukrainian citizen currently living in Miami, Florida (USA). While residing in Ukraine, she engaged in prostitution and fraud (scamming men for money), working both in her home country and across Europe and Russia.
She is known to have taken 29 «work-related flights» abroad between 2018 and 2022.
She continues this «trade» now, living in Florida and flying out to New York, Montreal, and Toronto (Canada) to service clients.
At the moment, two criminal cases have been filed against her in Ukraine: under Article 185, Part 5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — theft on an especially large scale committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy; and under Article 303, Part 3 — pimping and involving individuals in prostitution.
She also receives money by running an account on OnlyFans.com (screenshots below).
While in Ukraine, she worked through a pimp-run Telegram channel called «Secret Room» (screenshots below).

Oleksandra Savytska’s criminal path began at the age of 16, and, shocking as it may sound, she began her way down this road under the guidance of… her own father and mother.
As the saying goes, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, so let us look more closely at her family members.

Since 2021, while being in a relationship with a boyfriend, she began running an account on OnlyFans with explicit content.
She does not pay taxes on this income, which is considered a serious crime in the United States.

Her father, Volodymyr Savytskyi, born on July 17, 1969, passport number FE647752, is a pimp, swindler, and con artist. He entered the sex industry in the early 2000s and later involved his wife, Valentyna Savytska, as a «manager» (pimp), as well as both of their children: Oleksandra (as a prostitute) and Oleksii Savytskyi, who handled technical support and media promotion.
While in Ukraine in 2022-2023, he was engaged in stealing humanitarian aid shipments and selling them through retail stores in Kyiv.
Volodymyr
In collusion with third parties, he established a «support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine» charity — the «AMERICAN–UKRAINIAN CHARITY FUND» organization. The purpose of this outfit is to appropriate material donations from U.S. citizens sympathetic to Ukrainians and to launder funds obtained through the criminal extraction of state budget money from Ukraine.
The arrangement was carried out with the participation of high-ranking officials connected to Savytskyi: General of the State Border Guard Service Serhii Deineko and one of the Deputy Heads of the President’s Office, Oleksii Dniprov. From 2022 to 2023, Savytskyi was under continuous physical surveillance and wiretapping. The intercepted communications indicate that he maintained very close, friendly relationships with the officials mentioned above, especially Deineko.

At the moment (January 2026) he has been dismissed from the post of head of the State Border Guard Service and is under investigation of smuggling and bribery committed during the period of 2023 - exactly when Volodymyr Savytskyi was active in this field.
Oleksii
Another Ukrainian high-ranking official, associated with Volodymyr Savytskyi.
Volodymyr Savytskyi personally used his Lexus to transport humanitarian aid officially received by the foundation, collecting it from the post office and delivering it to retail outlets for subsequent resale.
In the course of these activities, Savytskyi resold, among other things, medications that had been sent as humanitarian assistance for seriously ill patients. He also purchased decommissioned body armor and other military gear in Poland, which he later resold to mobilized soldiers at a substantial markup. The goods were in high demand, as the Ukrainian authorities were unable to fully supply the troops with adequate equipment.
The case was handled by Ukraine’s State Bureau of Investigation, which compiled an extensive body of evidence against Savytskyi. The operatives working on the case assigned him the nickname «Konchenyy», literally meaning «a total degenerate» — a telling choice, given that operational aliases for suspects are typically far more restrained.
Back in 2006, Savytskyi Sr. was prosecuted in a case involving the theft of 14 million UAH in public funds (see the gallery below). Also implicated in the case were Maryna Karaulna and Viktor Timakov. Over the phone, they explained in detail who Volodymyr Savytskyi is and what he does: fraud, money laundering, involving girls in prostitution, trafficking, and pimping. The criminal case included five counts involving violations of Articles 191 and 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — misappropriation, embezzlement, or seizure of property through abuse of official position, and official forgery.
He is currently wanted throughout Ukraine on suspicion of committing th*ft on an especially large scale. He has been charged under Article 185, Part 5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (theft on an especially large scale committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy) and Article 303, Part 3 (pimping and involving individuals in prostitution).
After the Savytskys were placed on a wanted list, they sent lawyers to the investigators to «resolve the issue». The investigators refused, so Savytskyi leveraged his ties to Deineko, the head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
A year later, through bribery, they were removed from the police wanted list. In late 2023, Savytskyi closed all bank accounts and, on December 22, left the country via the «Shlyakh» system, ostensibly for «medical treatment», clearly with no intention of returning to Ukraine.
Savytska’s mother, Valentyna, born on April 23, 1968, is the administrator of the already-mentioned Telegram channel «Secret Room». In practice, she is a pimp, or, as she calls herself, a «manager for the girls». She was pimping out her own daughter. She is currently divorced from Volodymyr Savytskyi and lives in Denmark.
The screenshots below show the written exchange between one of the witnesses and the manager of «Secret Room». He sent photos of Oleksandra Savytska with the question «Do you know her?» This «manager» turned out to be Valentyna, who said she could help arrange a meeting with her daughter and provided her profile so that the daughter could fly to a meeting in Europe.

However, it seems the mother recognized the person writing, so they decided to scam the potential client by taking a large amount of money from him as an «advance payment».
Later, she directly called the same client through Telegram. Quote: «we already have a man in Miami, he owns a lot of real estate. You’re unnecessary». During the call, she repeatedly insulted and threatened the client, who was angry about the blatant scam.
The witness knew Valentyna’s voice and can confirm that he spoke with her and no one else.
Oleksiy
And finally, the brother, Oleksiy Volodymyrovych Savytskyi, born March 29, 1993, provides technical support to the pimping business.
Currently, he is wanted throughout Ukraine, being charged under Article 190, Part 4 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — fraud committed on a large scale.
The Savytsky family's illegal activities primarily take place on Telegram and WhatsApp, where they operate closed escort channels. They conceal their activities under the guise of providing «escort» services. Volodymyr Savytskyi calls this «everything is legal».
Kateryna
We have not mentioned all the people in Savytska’s circle who take part in her activities.
In essence, it is a whole «family business» consisting of relatives and friends involved in questionable and immoral ways of making money.
Another such individual is the only close friend, classmate, and godmother of Oleksandra Savytska — Kateryna Dorosh (Stivionova), born on February 26, 1999. She began her criminal path together with Savytska at the age of 16 — apparently both were predisposed to this line of work and bonded over it.
She now lives in Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region. She has become deeply involved in the «business» and currently works as a «scout» — looking for attractive girls and pushing them toward prostitution while pretending to work as a photographer.
Maria Bondarenko is Savytska’s cousin. Her approach is different from that of Dorosh-Stivionova; she doesn’t present herself as a photographer but as a coach for girls.
She teaches them to «fulfill themselves as women» — apparently through prostitution and through living at the expense of wealthy men. This is very similar to Savytska’s own life path, as you will see below.

On February 23, 2022, making use of the chaos that arose in light of the pre-war situation, Oleksandra, together with her father, stole money and valuables from the apartment of the young man she was living with at the time in the city of Kyiv.
Taking advantage of his trust and the fact that, on the eve of active hostilities, cash, jewelry, and crypto wallets — all of which Oleksandra had direct access to — had been brought to that apartment, she stole them and disappeared the next day in an unknown direction.
She did not answer phone calls, changed all her socials, and deleted her email. Soon after, she entered the territory of Bulgaria.
According to surveillance camera footage, she and her father secretly seized all the belongings.
An interesting and telling fact
On February 5, 2022, during Oleksandra’s attempt to deceitfully appropriate money («advance payment» for sexual services) from a client, a heated argument arose and he called the police. As a result, Savytska was fined by the police for engaging in prostitution in the city of Kyiv.
Realizing that it would be impossible to conceal this incident, she decided to take possession of her partner’s money and valuables as a going-away present. «If the barn is burning, let the house burn too!» as the Ukrainian folk saying goes.
Oleksandra Savytska’s criminal scheme
When it comes to men, Oleksandra acts according to the same established strategy, coordinated with her father, Volodymyr Savytskyi.
After meeting a future victim, she starts off a relationship, claiming sincerity and long-term intentions. She asserts that the partner is her deliberate choice. She moves in very quickly and easily.
In the relationship, she says very little about herself and her family. She claims she rarely communicates with them, although her mother calls her five times a day. Sometimes she talks about her mother, but not often. It should be kept in mind that all family members are involved in this scheme and fully play along, pretending to be a normal social unit (sending greetings, small gifts, and sometimes even speaking directly with the victim of the scam by phone, though they refuse to meet in person, referring to supposed busyness, illness, or other made-up reasons).
At the same time, Oleksandra engages in prostitution, visiting clients and explaining her long absences by saying she «was helping a girl with her makeup» — supposedly working as a makeup artist preparing female clients for important events.
She gains trust by never asking for anything, saying she has everything she could possibly need. Her logic is this: «why bother asking, I’ll get it all anyway» — she expects that a wealthy man will pay for everything by default.
She writes poems and love notes, cooks very well, and is always in touch. She perfectly adjusts to any person. As such, she is a good psychologist, speaking little and listening a lot.
At the same time, she sends complete information about her partner, his income, and his business to her father, who directly instructs her by phone, telling her how to behave and what to say. Later, if needed, he helps her directly (as seen in the surveillance footage above).
It is likely that it was Volodymyr Savytskyi who instilled in his daughter immorality and the willingness to treat people as badly as possible for her personal benefit. The results of such upbringing can be seen throughout Oleksandra’s entire life story.
Savytska’s Activities After the Start of the War
Savytska spent 2022 abroad. That same year, a criminal case was opened against her in Ukraine for the large-scale th*ft mentioned above, and she was declared a wanted person.
However, already in May-June 2023, when the situation in Ukraine had partially stabilized, she was in Kyiv and Odesa, where she actively engaged in prostitution. In particular, she was working in nightclubs Queen and Ibiza, and living at the Lazurnaya hotel. People approached her and got acquainted — the price for her services was $1000 per hour. She introduced herself as Olya.
Being aware that she was wanted, she entered Ukraine using a fake Moldovan passport through the territory of Transnistria. In case of possible detention, she would have presented the Moldovan passport, and no one would have learned her real identity. It cannot be ruled out that Savytska received assistance in crossing the border anonymously from Serhii Deineko, the head of the State Border Guard Service, who, as previously established, is a close friend of her father, Volodymyr.
She left «Secret Room» and began working as an «independent prostitute» in Odesa. Contact was established with another «woman of the night», Oleksandra’s partner — Iryna Hlushko, who agreed to share important information. She had previously shared Oleksandra’s contacts, but this time it was possible to meet and speak with her in person.
Move to the USA
Since July 2022, Savytska has relocated to Miami, USA. Below are statements from people who communicated with her after the move.
I showed her photo to an acquaintance from Montreal who recognized her and told me that she regularly flies out to Montreal and Toronto, taking part in private VIP swinger parties, when a house is rented and a crowd of prostitutes is brought there. They get gangbanged under the influence [of drugs] all night long. She rarely goes out to strip clubs, but visits them mostly in search of new clients. He gave me the contact of a pimp who said that she was on her way from Montreal to work at the Toronto AirPort Strip Club.
Below is the conversation that took place at AirPort Strip Club, 7040 Torbam Rol, Mississauga, Ontario, L4T 3Z4, Canada. November 23, 2023, 12:30 p.m.
I open the door, she is standing right in front of me. I shout at her — whore! She nods, immediately turns around and continues her conversation with the other strippers. That’s how they get acquainted and ask who and how fucked her.
«I’ve already tried everything — two guys at once, even three.» She laughs.
She behaved very strangely, and looked horrible as well (and at that time she was 24) — I had never seen her like that before. Later I realized it was withdrawal after the orgies, during which she had been on drugs.
We sat at a table. For about 20 minutes, she talked nonsense about who and how had sex with her. She talked nonstop; it was obvious she was high. She was very nervous, her hands were shaking.
Then we went outside. There was an old Mercedes S-Class with a dark-skinned driver. She tells me: «I have to pay him so that he opens the door for me; I’m an elite whore, after all.»
Later that same evening, after her performance on stage, I took her for a private dance. In the room, she offered a blowjob for $500: «I still have to earn something.»
After that we talked; she told me she had entered into a sham marriage with a U.S. citizen to get a green card [we will talk about this below — ed.], «otherwise I won’t be able to enter the U.S. anymore.»
She left her new phone number and said she could fly in whenever I wanted.
The next day, she collected the money from the strip club for the night and hurriedly left back for Montreal.
The witness decided to arrange the next meeting with Oleksandra for late November/early December 2023 in Montreal.
However, on the agreed day she sent her partner in her place, because Oleksandra herself had already been booked for a swinger party on the private Dorval Island in Montreal.
The partner’s name was Michelle; they are closely acquainted and have known each other for a long time, back from Ukraine. She agreed to sell information about Oleksandra.
The information provided by Michelle (Oleksandra’s partner) comes down to the following:
Oleksandra Savytska already has her own circle in Canada — trusted clients only. She flies out directly to them. She also has clients in New York, but Michelle does not know the details.
Oleksandra suggested that Michelle work with her at the E11even Strip Club in Miami, where she sometimes works as well while looking for clients. She said she could leave with different men several times per night and that she earns well from this.
In Miami, Oleksandra Savytska has some guy named Ilya, whom she married. He works in real estate. Several times, Michelle stayed in the Diplomat suites through him.
There is also a certain Tatiana in Miami, to whom Oleksandra is always «welcome». Michelle doesn’t know what business they have together, but from the conversation it became clear that Tatiana often covers for her, providing an alibi to Ilya for her absences (trips).
Lately, her emotional state has been erratic, and she is not always polite with clients; she uses a lot of recreational supplies (substances that provide more «energy» for parties).
And the next day, December 3, 2023, Oleksandra Savytska flew back to Miami.

We managed to identify the people mentioned by Oleksandra Savytska’s companion — a certain Ilya and Tatiana.
Let’s start with Ilya. His full name is Ilya Bezrukikh.
Ilya
He works as a real estate agent in Miami. His real estate license number is #3551482. He lives at 101 DIPLOMAT PKWY APT 2009, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. His car is a Tesla with the plate number 599FL. His phone numbers are +1 (954) 416 3191, +1 (347) 322 7023 and +1 (305) 998 8582. In addition to his real estate career, he heads Accel Inc., a company focused on interior design. He also once considered opening a so-called smoke shop in North Miami, selling, among other things, hallucinogenic mushrooms and psychoactive cannabis, despite local laws prohibiting such activities.
His marriage to Oleksandra Savytska was registered on April 28, 2023. Upon closer examination of this man's personality, despite his seemingly presentable appearance, several oddities become apparent: a marriage to an active prostitute, a history of having no family or children, and questionable business activities, seemingly conducted as a cover for something else that cannot be publicly disclosed. Later, it would be revealed that Ilya had several pimp friends, to whom he likely rented apartments for cash so that the prostitutes could «service» clients. Read on — we'll cover this in more detail below.
Ironically, Oleksandra Savytska once posted a photo on Instagram wearing a T-shirt calling for the killing of Russians, yet she married Ilya Bezrukikh — a Russian citizen with a U.S. citizenship — because it provided an opportunity to obtain a green card.
When profit becomes more important than principles, those principles can be set aside — this is Oleksandra’s guiding rule in life.
And what about Tatiana?
Her full name is Tatiana Oronov, 77 years old, residing at 2711 S Ocean Dr APT 2004, Hollywood, FL. At this same address are also registered Oleksandra Savytska and her father, Volodymyr Savytskyi.
After the death of Tatiana’s previous husband, Volodymyr Savytskyi quickly filled in his place, taking advantage of the elderly woman for her money and hoping for a sizable inheritance. Tatiana’s cousin, who lives in New York, comments on their relationship jokingly: «I guess he’s good in bed».
Since moving to Miami, Oleksandra Savytska has been living in the same apartment as her father and Tatiana, flying out to meet clients when called and spending several days a week with Ilya.
«Tatiana treats Oleksandra like a daughter — their relationship is very tender. And Oleksandra constantly fawns over her and tries to please her in every way», according to one witness in Miami close to the family.
Savytska’s «employment» at a real estate agency
Ilya Bezrukikh «pulled some strings» to get Savytska into the Douglas Elliman real estate agency as a real estate salesperson.
Her success in this field is questionable. Only one property is known to have been sold with her involvement — 2711 S Ocean Dr APT 2004, Hollywood, FL, the very place where her stepmother Tatiana and her father Volodymyr live.
The information listed about her education is false, since her diploma from the Kyiv Polytechnic University was bought. She never studied anywhere and, moreover, according to the testimony of a victim from Kyiv, she stated: «I don’t want to study. If I wanted to make money, I would listen to what my dad tells me».
Further exploits of Savytska in the USA and Canada
On October 06, 2024, there was a gathering at Tatiana’s home, attended by members of Ilya’s close circle. One of the witnesses who was there described the general mood.
The relationship between Ilya and Oleksandra does not look like that of a real couple; rather, it appears staged for their friends. The wives of Ilya’s friends also do not react very positively to Oleksandra.
One of them, Valeria Tsemko (the wife of Mikhail Mudrik, a close associate of Ilya), openly conveys this even by her facial expressions.
Valeria Tsemko’s mother in Ukraine is a master of psychology, and she successfully passed her knowledge on to her daughter, as Valeria told everyone at the table. And from the remarks she directed at Oleksandra, it was clear — Valeria feels an undisguised dislike toward her.
Those present at the meeting generally avoided engaging in active conversation with Savytska, changing the subject of conversation whenever possible. Tatiana tried to «justify» and support her with her praises, but this wasn’t enough to stop those present from mistrusting her.
During this meeting, another fact was confirmed: Ilya is connected to the Miami pimping business. A witness is willing to confirm that Ilya agreed to help him «meet a beautiful girl» in a conversation that day. Allegedly, Ilya has someone who can arrange such an «introduction» for a certain, rather hefty price.
On July 27, 2024, one of Michelle’s regular clients (Michelle being Oleksandra Savytska’s partner in her «line of work», mentioned earlier in our investigation) booked her together with a friend in Toronto. She arrived on the call together with Oleksandra Savytska. This person is prepared to testify and confirm Oleksandra’s presence and her illegal activity.
Through Michelle, the phone number of the pimp who works with Oleksandra and through whom one can arrange a «meeting» with her was obtained.
We ultimately decided to catch Oleksandra «using bait» in order to document her activities on video as a participant in an «outcall for group play». The pimp provided Oleksandra’s profile and booked an appointment with her and her partner in Toronto.
The agreed date was November 17, 2024, and Oleksandra’s arrival at Toronto Airport was recorded on camera. A photo is attached. However, things did not go according to plan.
They [Oleksandra and her partner] were late for the visit, and the appointment kept changing. We tried to find out from the pimp what was going on, but he didn’t know, he only asked for more time to sort out the problem. We waited, and in the end two other prostitutes showed up — she wasn’t there. As compensation, we tried to arrange with the pimp to book Oleksandra Savytska for the next day, but he said it was impossible until the situation with her was resolved, and asked for some extra time to deal with it.
In general conversations that week, Ilya mentioned that he was planning to fly to a conference in New York. But on November 15, 2024, he decided to change his plans and asked to be driven to Miami International Airport, Terminal J (Canada). On November 18, 2024, I met him together with Oleksandra; she was wearing a white tracksuit and had a carry-on with her. The interaction between them was very cold. I drove them to Tatiana’s address and dropped them off there.
She was again available in Toronto starting December 5, 2024, but she stopped taking outcalls and instead booked a room at the Four Seasons, receiving clients there. During this time, she was under constant surveillance.
On December 8, 2024, she flew out, and during the previous two days she was fully booked and saw a total of eight people. Therefore, it was only possible to book her again on December 14, 2024.
We were shocked by what happened. At the time of the meeting she [Oleksandra] was high and paranoid; she even refused to go to the room we had rented because she was afraid someone might be watching her. After we got to her room, we tried to record her on camera, but she noticed, panicked, told us to turn everything off and put our phones in a box. When we refused to do this, she said she would call the police if we didn’t comply.

We also examined the social circle of Ilya Bezrukikh. During the investigation, several interesting facts surfaced.
It was established that a close friend, Arsen Gubenko (whose Instagram account features a photo from the gathering at Tatiana’s house on October 6, 2024, mentioned earlier), who previously worked at the company Vera Realty, most likely introduced the CEO Nick Polyushkin to Ilya. This company focuses on investment-oriented construction projects, and not so much on traditional real estate agency work. Today they are actively collaborating. They closed a deal involving the 11-story office building Federal Tower, in which Ilya Bezrukikh took part. The deal was likely fictitious and aimed at legalizing funds of questionable origin.
During the investigation, a curious fact was also established: Nick Polyushkin strives to hire women of model or near-model appearance, although he and his company are far from active in this area. He carefully conceals the fact of such selectivity, raising suspicions of further recruitment of these girls into illegal activities of a completely understandable nature.
Andrei
We also identified another person close to Ilya who plays a major role in sourcing girls. His name is Andrei Kopilov. Andrei has known Ilya since their time in New York. Since 2013, he and his friends have been selecting girls in Miami for the Miss Russian Miami contest. Girls flew in from Russia in large numbers. The contest no longer exists today, but girls from Ukraine now arrive, and they are actively provided short-term apartment rentals for cash to service clients.
Dmitri
Another figure is Dmitri Gordon. He had close contact with Ilya Bezrukikh and continues to do so to this day. Dmitri and Andrei Kopilov jointly participated in organizing these events, where Dmitri would house the girls in his apartments for short periods, for cash, to service clients.
At the moment, Oleksandra Savytska continues to actively engage in prostitution in Miami, usually getting to clients by Uber from Tatiana’s address. She works in strip clubs, particularly in E11even, where she shows up either alone or with her partner Michelle, and leaves with different men several times per night. The club staff know her well and can easily recognize her from a photograph.
Savytska did not become a prostitute because of hardship. She has plenty of opportunities to make money in other ways. However, this occupation seems to suit her nature best. She likes it and cannot imagine herself doing anything other than escort work.
At the same time, Ilya, a man in his 40s, with no children, continues to live with her despite being aware of his wife’s activities, and to rent out apartments for cash to prostitutes for their work, as he does with Michelle, for example. Tatiana Oronova is also aware of what Oleksandra does. When Oleksandra returns from cocaine-fueled orgies in a completely indecent state and clearly going through withdrawal, it is essentially impossible to hide what kind of work she is involved in.
But the main reason Ilya Bezrukikh participates in this whole depraved show is his his close cooperation with Volodymyr Savytskyi in laundering and legalizing cash and crypto-assets obtained from pimping and prostitution, through construction projects managed by Ilya.
As a result, we see an extremely disgusting and immoral story: the parents play a leading role in the moral degradation of their daughter and act as her pimps. Savytska herself actively provided sexual services throughout Kyiv as well as neighboring countries, and committed theft from the apartment of a man she lived with for a long time. Her father, Volodymyr Savytskyi, at 56 years old, lives with a 77-year-old woman entirely at her expense.
Now she services half of North America, touring Canada and the United States. What can even be said about someone like that? Only one thing — she has no convictions whatsoever, no moral principles, and not even a hint of decency.
Her entire family is a vivid example of how low people can sink in pursuit of profit.
If you want to continue associating with these individuals and maintain any contact or other relationship with them, that is your choice — but you must understand what reputational consequences it may impose on you, or worse, that you might become a victim of their fraud and schemes. It is also possible that you could end up facing legal trouble because of them.
